Almost dead onshore so sailing up and down between the small waves. It was gusting to 37 mph to start so I tried a 4m sail but wasn't quite enough power to get through the waves so switched to 4.5m. The wind was rather up and down - the best period was when the rain came and the wind picked up a bit. Only 3 kitesurfers out but lots of runners for the Borth 10k beach run.
